Forged by Crisis: An Opportunity for Development

Paulo Coelho said, “When you come out of a storm, you won’t be the same person that walked into it.” A crisis is much the same way. Few – but not all – people would probably choose to avoid crises if they could. When a crisis thrust upon us, how we emerge is often in our hands based on what we observe, what we learn, and how we choose to react.

In this era of Zoom, I recently “sat down” with human connection expert and Crowd Hub CEO Josh Hotsenpiller, and former Burger King global CEO Jeff Campbell.  Our conversation turned to the opportunities of a crisis.
